The city of Surprise, Ariz., will host the 2009 Fed Cup quarterfinal between the United States and Argentina on Feb. 7-8. The U.S. Tennis Association picked the site. Tennis great Jimmy Connors has been charged with a misdemeanor for an altercation last week before a basketball game between UC Santa Barbara and top-ranked North Carolina.
